Best market right now would be- Windows on ARM + Framework developing ARM-Based motherboard containing SOC - GPU+CPU(not an IT person, so dont judge me) + battery life and driver support for all types of peripherals.... Framework can rock the market !!! I would highly insist on a SOC for 13 inch model so that it can have a powerful GPU

My Batch20 shipped in June didn't have this installed, but my RMA Mainboard had the Flex Fix Kit, but i didn't notice much Difference, it was pretty good before.

I was already impressed although slightly disappointed when I first thought this would be an option add on/kit you could purchase separately, but adding it to future laptop shipments and offering it for free to those who already purchased their laptops truly shows your dedication to providing real support to the customer. Massive respect to Framework.

I believe this is a simple fix, so that we might not need to bother a company to deal with cutting and packing pieces of foams to ship worldwide. I'm a grown up, i can cut and place a couple form pads by myself. But thank you i appreciate. Please just do a blog post with recommended placements, it should be enough. Truth is defection isn't seriously bad and i might not even bother doing anything. Btw, no link nor instructions in description anyway.
